Pet Sitting
I also offer a pet sitting service where I can come and look after your pets that need looking after whilst you enjoy your time away. I have looked after and reared many animals, from birds, kittens, chickens, hedgehogs, bats, ducks etc.
I can pet sit your dog(s) depending on my availability. My normal routine would be to join them in the evening between around 1800 to 2130/2200; during this time I can provide a walk, feed them and keep them company before settling them down for the night.
Additional services such as a scheduled solo walk can be arranged subject to availability. Prices may vary depending on the services provided, starting at £40-60 for an evening/stay. Additional walks are charged at my normal rates (see Prices page).
I am first aid trained with a veterinary nursing certificate in emergency and critical care, DBS checked and fully insured.
Cats
As cats prefer to stay in their own home whilst their owners go on vacation, finding this less disturbing to their habits, I offer a cat sitting service where I can come and keep your cat company and give them TLC when you are away. I will feed and fuss them, change their litter trays and refresh their water bowls as well as giving any medication, as required. I am able to pop in once or twice per day depending on your feline friend’s preferred routine.
Small Creatures
I can pop in and check on any smaller pets such as guinea-pigs, rabbits and hamsters, with daily feeding, enrichment, water change and exercise as required. If you are away for longer periods then I am happy to schedule regular clean outs to keep their homes clean and fresh.
Exotics/Avian
Exotics pets deserve as much attention as others, I have experience and training in caring for more exotic species and can offer a bespoke check-in service during periods when you are away from home. I can care for your avian companions with daily checks, feeding and water changes.
